Refund Policy

1. Registration Policy
Boondeal is a professional Real Estate consulting firm offering services exclusively to registered clients.

• A registration fee is required to initiate services.
   
• The registration fee is refundable only if the client does not avail any services within 7 days of registration.
   

2. Nature of Services
Boondeal provides intangible consulting services related to real estate.

• Once services have been delivered, the client is liable to pay the full service fee agreed upon, including applicable taxes.
   
• This payment obligation remains irrespective of whether the client continues with the contract or not.
   

3. Payment & Late Fees

• Any delay in service fee payment will attract late payment charges as decided by Boondeal’s management.
   
• Clients remain fully responsible for the entire service fee after the services have been rendered.
   

4. Refunds & Disputes

• You acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided after services have been accessed or completed and client will not go for legal advise/help to any competent authority or Honorable Court.
   
• If a charge is disputed after service delivery, the client agrees to immediately cancel or withdraw such a dispute amicably with Boondeal.
   
• Boondeal reserves the right to deduct its full service charges from any earnest money paid by the client to company/its employee for other expenses like advance rent and deposit amount to get rental/buying services.
   
• Disputing a charge by any means after service delivery is considered a violation of this agreement and registration form.
   

5. Legal & Collection Fees

• Clients will be responsible for any legal fees, including attorneys’ fees, related to recovering outstanding payments.
   
• Boondeal reserves the right to forward unresolved disputes to collection agencies.
   

6. Final Authority

• In case of any disputes, the decision of Boondeal Management shall be final and binding, client will not be go the legal help related to service charges.
